- In the event of a fire, keep calm, RING the alarm and call for help by calling the 18 or the 112 and the central security station.
- Aim to the fire with the nearest fire extinguish, keeping yourself safe.
- In case of heat or smoke, lower yourself as the fresh air remains close to the ground.
- Evacuate the premises as soon as you hear the alarm or fire alert.
- Follow the instructions given by the evacuation manager.
- Go to the exits or the emergency exits.
- Never use the elevators or the freight elevators to evacuate.
- Close the doors and windows behind you, do never go back.
- If possible, evacuate people with reduced mobility or take them to the closest secure area.
- If the stairwells are blocked, indicate your presence at the windows.
- Go to the assembly points.
- Make sure that all your colleagues are accounted for. If any of them is missing, alert the evacuation manager.
